Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, call or text us directly.

Is the consultation free? expand_more
Yes. All consultations, evaluations, and offers are 100% free and come with no obligation. If we can't agree on a price, you owe nothing.
How do I get a quick quote without an appointment? expand_more
Text clear photos of your items to (239) 404-8505. Include close-ups of any maker's marks, stamps, or signatures. In most cases, we can provide a preliminary range within the same day.
How is payment delivered? expand_more
We offer immediate payment by cash, certified check, or wire transfer depending on the size of the transaction and your preference. Payment is made the moment we reach an agreement — there is no waiting period.
Do you buy broken or damaged jewelry? expand_more
Absolutely. We purchase damaged, broken, mismatched, and unworn jewelry regularly. The value of gold, platinum, and most gemstones is unaffected by minor damage, and we pay competitive market rates regardless of condition.
What areas do you serve? expand_more
We provide mobile service throughout Southwest Florida, including Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and surrounding communities. For larger collections or estate liquidations, we will travel further on request.
Do I need a formal evaluation before contacting you? expand_more
No. We perform our own private evaluation on site at no cost to you. If you do have prior paperwork, GIA reports, or original purchase receipts, please have them available — they can sometimes help us offer more.
What types of items do you purchase? expand_more
Fine and estate jewelry, signed designer pieces (Rolex, Cartier, Tiffany, Van Cleef, Bulgari, Patek Philippe, David Yurman, etc.), loose diamonds and gemstones, gold and silver bullion, rare and pre-1965 silver coins, sterling silver flatware and hollowware, fine art, antique furniture, and complete estate collections. Is the process confidential? expand_more
Yes. All consultations are private and discreet. We never share client information, transaction details, or item photos. Most clients prefer this approach over a public storefront, especially when handling inherited or sentimental collections.
